This is the area dedicated to socialization and events. Here is a library, a large living room, the dining room, a large kitchen and a large terrace. This floor is served by the main entrance with a porter and is also served by a lift which is accessed by another entrance on Piazza della Pigna. Access from the second floor, with elevator, introduces us directly to the event area.

This is the library with a comfortable lounge and a beautiful Carrara white marble fireplace. This room is devoted to quiet and listening to music with a quality hi-fi system.

DINING ROOM:

The large dining room, about 20 sqmt, can accommodate eight to ten guests in a large marble table.
It is embellished with large antique master pieces.

LIVING ROOM:

The large living room, about 30 sqmt, is comfortably furnished and embellished with a very unique large antique picture that represents the Canal Grande of Venice in a very impressive detail.

LARGE KITCHEN:

This kitchen, about 25 sqmt, is a typical example of vintage cooking and at the same time supplied by all modern household appliances and is suitable for cooking for dozens of guests.
It has additional access reserved exclusively to the beautiful dining room.
