3) When you fill in the form called “SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER”, you provide your identification details (e-mail). Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing this data is therefore optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to provide the service requested. The scope of processing such personal data is to send the user advertising messages and improve the service offered, and processing is carried out through computerised systems. Should you not provide these details, we will not be able to provide the service in question, which consists of sending you a free product, nor send advertising messages if you have expressly agreed to receive the same. In sending you the free gift, the personal details we have obtained will be stored for a period of ten years, for purposes of legal protection in the event of disputes. When you fill in the form called “REGISTER”, you provide your identification details (type of customer, name, surname, gender, address, tax code, email, telephone number, etc.). Providing your personal details stems from a contractual obligation, given that only registered users may purchase the products. Providing this data is in any case optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to meet your order. This data is processed in order to meet your order, or to forward advertising messages, subject to your express consent. Click on “YOUR ORDER” of the menu in order to display your “ACCOUNT” with all the details entered by you at the time of registration. You may edit or delete your account in the section “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT”. This data is processed with computerised systems and, if you make a purchase, even in hardcopy format; your details will be stored for a period of ten years as set forth by law, when the period of limitation within which to enforce your rights in the case of disputes, expires.

 5.1) Moreover, if you click on “MY ADDRESS BOOK” in the section “YOUR AREA”, you may enter a different address for delivery of the products you purchase, in order to improve the service requested. 6) By clicking on “PRODUCTS” or “TUNING” on the main menu of the homepage, you may view all the products offered to the public for purchase. Click on the image of a product to open a new page with a description of the specific features of the product, or fill in the form “REQUEST INFORMATION” to request more information. By filling in this form, you will be providing your personal identification details (name, surname, e-mail, etc.). Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing this data is therefore optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to provide the service requested. This data is processed in order to provide the information requested from the user, through computerised systems. The data provided are stored only until the service requested has been completed.

6.1) When you click on “ADD TO CART” or “ADD TO YOUR WISHLIST”, you are expressing your preference for a specific product, and this personal data – which is crossed-referenced with other personal data provided previously – are used to improve the service offered and to send you advertising messages according to you preferences. Providing this data is not mandatory, but failure to indicate your preferences will make the service offered by the company less efficient. 6.2) When you fill in the section “COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER”, you purchase the product, and provide your personal data. The provision of these personal details stems from a contractual obligation, given that the purpose is the purchase of the product. Some personal details have already been entered at the time of registration (name, surname, address, etc.), while you will be asked to enter other details for the first time in this section (name of the credit card holder, credit card number, security code). Providing the above data is optional, but if you do not enter the mandatory data requested, we will be unable to process your order. Your data will also be processed to comply with tax and accounting obligations, in the case of returns, replacements and, more generally, to enforce the rights and obligations set forth by the contract. Compagnia di via del Gesù processes only the data provided at the time of registration, while the data provided when making payment are processed only by the bank that handles the payment procedure. The data processed for the purchase is carried out with automated systems and in hardcopy format. After your purchase, your data will be stored for a period of ten years from the date of the contract for purposes of legal protection in the case of disputes stemming from the contract.
